  • Replace or repaint worn front door to create a good impression.
  • Polish or add brass knocker.
  • Make sure front door has a working peephole.
  • Check doorbell and repair or replace as necessary.

Leanna, brings a year and a half experience, and by the way, shout out to that! I have a lot of respect for not only realtor’s, but for a realtor who started selling in a down market!
